(b) What payment methods do you accept?
Payments by Cash or EPS can be made in store. Otherwise HSBC Bank Transfer or Cheque payment is also accepted however a copy of payment receipt is required for order confirmation. If customer would like to pay via credit card, please be advised that we use an online payment system which an additional 5% surcharge applies.

FAQ: Delivery Service
(a) Do you ship internationally?
For items below 50KG, it is recommended that your order to be air freight using Hong Kong Speed Post or SF Express. For further information, please e-mail us at email@example.com with details of selected product, purchasing quantity and shipping location for quotation.
(b) How do I save on delivery cost?
External delivery service is a cheaper delivery option for our customers. Fuurn on behalf of customer can assist with organizing for external delivery service via (e.g. Gogovan, etc) however it is customer’s responsibility to receive the purchased goods on street level and pay the assigned driver directly. Otherwise for small items purchased, customers can opt for our Self-Pickup service, please advise our team upon order confirmation your preferred pickup location. Once your order is completed and arrived in Hong Kong, our team will contact you to schedule a self-pickup date and time. Please note that we do not transfer stocks/orders between stores.

(c) What are the delivery prices like within Hong Kong?
Delivery Service fee depends on the delivery address provided by customer and will be quoted seperately upon order confirmation. If you would like to obtain a quotation for our delivery dervice, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full delivery address and our team will reply with quotation for your consideration.
(d) Does the delivery prices includes installation service?
The delivery prices does not include installation service. Installation service fees start at HK$ 50 per item, depending on the number of items and the complexity of the installation procedure, additional fees may apply.
(e) Does Fuurn provide installation service only?
Our installation service is available for Fuurn purchased products only.
(f) Do you provide installation service for lighting products?
All lighting products sold by Fuurn do not include installation. It is advised that customers seek professional help from certified electrical contractors for installation.
(g) The items I purchased does not fit into the lift, what options do i have?
As Hong Kong has been our home for years and we understand that Hong Kong has small lifts, entrance doors, corridors and staircase. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to advise Fuurn of such restrictions. If for example, the placed orders do not fit into your small lift and will require our delivery staff to carry your orders up the stairs, customer is responsible to pay our walk-up delivery charge. Our on-site delivery staff will quote you on walk-up service surcharge base on our Walk-Up Service Fee Chart, this fee will have to be paid on-site and in cash before walk-up service is carried out.
(a) How long will it take to receive my orders?
Delivery times may vary depending on the items you have purchased. The standard production lead time is stated in the order invoice. For more information, please contact us with your invoice number and our team will advise accordingly.
(b) Can I change my delivery address?
if you would like to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately. As we do not transfer stocks/orders between stores hence if your order have already arrived in your selected location and requires a transfer, additional surcharge applies.
(c) Can I add item to my order?
Yes you can however as the standard production lead time varies depending on the items; delivery date and time will be scheduled base on the last completed items. If you would like to organise for split-delivery service, please contact us for more information.
(d) Can I cancel my order?
If the order has not been processed, we can honor the request and a cash voucher will be issued.
FAQ: Exchange and Return
(a) Can I return custom-ordered, custom-made furniture and/or items I have installed myself?
Please be advised that all custom-order, custom-made furniture and/or any items transported/installed by you and/ or second party other than Fuurn delivery team is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
(b) An Item I just picked up is missing a package, what should I do?
In the unlikely event that the item you self-pickup is missing a package, please contact us and our team will further assist you.
